About Us

Off the Clock is part of JRP Media LLC, which is owned and operated by Josh Preiser & Rachel Crockett.

Rachel is a graphic designer, painter & music lover that would beat math with a stick if math was a sentient being.

Josh is a business-minded analytical type with a background in finance and economics. He doesn't know anything about being truly creative.

Rachel and much of the staff of Off the Clock got to know each other well while working for another publication with a target demographic similar to ours. After a number of long discussions and some strategic planning, we decided this was a worthwhile business that could be run successfully with a new approach. So here we are, in the midst of a new venture. We aim to do it beautifully, professionally, humorously, and on time each and every month.
